This is a place where you are surrounded by motivated future professionals-people who push each other to aim higher. HBO-ICT gives a practice-first environment with real assignments, clear expectations, and frequent feedback. Learning is best by building things with others, reflecting on outcomes, and iterating.
The structure also matches how I work: concrete milestones (EC progress and the NBSA threshold), transparent criteria, and teamwork as the default. I want to improve how I collaborate, facilitate discussions, and take responsibility for outcomes. Not just deliver tasks, but help a group move forward.

- Leadership in practice: taking micro-roles (facilitator, task owner, reviewer), making decisions, and owning results.
